About Allison
Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Allison brings more than 30 years of nursing experience and two decades as a Family Nurse Practitioner to Neighborhood Wellness Clinic. Her career has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthier lives through advanced weight management, bariatric care, and metabolic health.
For over 15 years, Allison has specialized in bariatric surgery, obesity medicine, and weight loss, earning advanced education from the Obesity Medicine Association and multiple national certifications. She is extensively trained in pharmacological, surgical, procedural, and non-surgical approaches, giving her patients a comprehensive path to success.
What sets Allison apart is her personal connection, having undergone bariatric surgery herself, she understands the challenges and triumphs of the weight loss journey firsthand. This unique perspective allows her to combine professional expertise with compassion and empathy, providing personalized, science-based care that supports long-term health and confidence.

Originally from Massachusetts, Linda spent 10 years in Boston-area hospitals before relocating to Nevada, where she graduated from the Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts & Sciences in Las Vegas. She went on to manage and grow RejuvUrSkin Medical Spa into a thriving business over seven years, consistently achieving transformative results for her clients.
Linda’s extensive training and certifications include advanced laser technologies such as CO2, LaseMD, KeraLaseMD, Cutera xeo®, truSculpt® flex, truSculpt® iD, Alma lasers, and Cynosure devices, including PicoSure and Icon.
